Shop Policies


Shipping Info

Orders will now be shipped once a month. They will typically be shipped during the last week of the month. During shipping and fulfillment, the shop will be closed.

If a delay occurs, you will be updated via email.

 

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. 

Packing Info

  • All prints (except 16x20 prints) are packaged with backing boards and shipped using rigid mailers.
  • 16x20" prints are rolled up with glassine paper, stuffed with bubble wrap and are packaged in mailing tubes. 
  • Keychains and pins are packaged and shipped in bubble mailers.
  • Stickers are sent using kraft envelopes.

Domestic (USA) Shipping

Expect 3-4 business days for orders to ship within the US, and 2-6 weeks for Canada. Prints, keychains, and pins are shipped with tracking info. Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking info to be updated. Stickers are mailed using stamps.

International Shipping

 

Currently only shipping in the USA and Canada. 

International supporters can order prints through a third party fulfilled by INPRNT

Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying import costs in their country such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please be aware of the fees from your local customs office before placing your order.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking number says that the package was delivered, then that is what we go by. However, if you have any questions and concerns feel free to email me!

Returns + Exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong item or it is damaged, please let me know ASAP and we will work things out.
